		<description>You do more reps for strength at a lighter weight.  To build size you use more weight and do less reps.  You don&#039;t want to get to bulky for golf so do more reps and less weight.  Check out the Men&#039;s Fitness issue with Tiger Woods on the cover.  It shows his workout regimen.</description>
